Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Prince God Jewellery, we take immense pride in the divine ornaments we create. Since our products are handcrafted and specifically designed for deities, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for our devotees and customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Due to the sacred and delicate nature of our ornaments, we only accept returns or provide replacements under the following circumstances: Return should be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Manufacturing Defects: If there is a structural flaw in the ornament.

Transit Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping.

Incorrect Item: If you received a different design or size than what was ordered.

2. The “Unboxing Video” Requirement
To protect both the customer and our artisans, we strictly require an unboxing video for any damage or missing item claims.

The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits).

It must show the sealed package being opened for the first time.

This allows us to verify that the damage occurred prior to the item being in the customer’s possession.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Reporting Period
Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. You can reach us via:

4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

Size Miscalculations: We provide detailed measurements in inches/cm. Please measure your deity idol carefully before ordering.

Minor Variations: As these are handcrafted “Gold Covering” items, minor differences in stone placement or polish are natural and are not considered defects.

Used Items: Ornaments that have already been placed on a deity or used in pooja rituals cannot be returned for hygiene and traditional reasons.

5. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

Replacement: We will first attempt to replace the defective/damaged item with a fresh piece.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.

Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once an item has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Initiate a Return

Attach the Unboxing Video and clear photos of the defect.

Our team will review the request and guide you on the next steps within 24–48 hours.
