Thank you for choosing Prince God Jewellery. We take great care in packaging our handcrafted deity ornaments to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
Handcrafted Orders: Since many of our divine ornaments are handcrafted in Machilipatnam, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Peak Seasons: During festivals (such as Navaratri, Diwali, or Varalakshmi Vratham), processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience during these auspicious times.
Order Notification: You will receive a notification email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping: We ship across India.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes:
South India: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues or remote locations.
3. Packaging for Safety
Given the delicate nature of imitation jewellery and stone-studded crowns (Kireetams), we use multi-layered secure packaging. Each item is cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Prince God Jewellery is committed to your satisfaction.
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Important: We strongly recommend taking an unboxing video as proof. This helps us expedite the claim with our courier partner and process your replacement quickly.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and includes a valid phone number. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily serve customers within India. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at princeimmitationjewellery@gmail.com to discuss custom shipping arrangements and costs.
